- A building with an elevator reservation or a certificate of insurance requirement
- Anything heavy and valuable: a piano, a safe, a marble table, a sectional
- A hard deadline, like keys due back the same day
- You are moving with kids, pets, or a job you cannot take a day off from
- You are over about 1,000 square feet of stuff
Load-only help exists. Some people rent the truck and hire a crew for two hours just to load the heavy items properly. It is not for everyone, but it is a real option and it works.
