Commercial moves are quoted as one flat project price after a walkthrough. No hourly meters run while your deadline looms. The quote includes crew, trucks, materials, COI, and building coordination. You approve the number, we hit the date.

Before you book.
Can you move our office without disrupting business?+
That's the whole point. Most of our office moves run Friday evening through Sunday. Your team leaves one office and walks into the next one on Monday. For larger spaces, we move in phases so departments stay live.
Do you handle computers and servers?+
Yes. We wrap and crate monitors, desktops, and server equipment, and we can coordinate directly with your IT team on disconnection and reinstall.
Our building requires a COI. Can you provide one?+
Within 24 hours. We handle building requirements, elevator reservations, and loading dock rules as a standard part of every commercial move.
How is a commercial move priced?+
Flat project rate after a walkthrough, based on scope, timeline, and crew size. You approve one number and it doesn't change, no matter how long the move takes.
